Microsoft is conducting an online survey to understand your opinion of the Msdn Web site.If you choose to participate, the online survey will be presented to you when you leave the Msdn Web site. More often than not, the reason for an installation failure can be traced to outdated device drivers, software conflicts, and custom configurations that prevent you from getting the new version.
Although, the Creators Update aims to be the "best Windows ever," building an OS is a difficult task and a lot of work, and it's expected (at least initially) that you'll come across errors, bugs, and other problems during and after the installation.
While a major release rollout never goes as expected, you may also come across issues that are not necessarily problems with the new OS.

Update 12/13/2013: Want to know if an error you encountered is terminating or non-terminating?
Check to see if the error behavior is affected by changing the $Error Action Preference.
For non-terminating errors we have the option to tell Power Shell how to handle these situations.
