Of the original housewives, Bryant and De La Rosa left after the first and second seasons, respectively, while Peterson and Keough stopped filming during production of the fourth and fifth seasons, respectively.
The remaining housewives joined in later seasons: Barney (now Judge) in the third, Beador in the ninth, Edmonds in the tenth, and Dodd in the eleventh.

The current line-up consists of Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Lydia Mc Laughlin, Shannon Beador, Meghan King Edmonds and Kelly Dodd.
According to Jo, it was all Slade’s idea to be on TV.
“It was something that he wanted to do, we were engaged, and as corny as it sounds, I did it for love,” Jo says on the 100th episode anniversary special.
Jo De La Rosa It’s kind of a fluke that Slade and Jo even got to be on the show.
